All inclusive 30 and 50 amp sites, water, electric, sewage, Wifi, playground
for the kids, grass courtyard, bath house and laundry facility. Private boat
ramp, fishing and crabbing. Marina and restaurant serving fresh seafood,
steaks and burgers for the whole family.

Note: The below listed rates are for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children only.
Extra adults=$3 ea., Children over 5 years=$2 ea., Children 5 and under free

Rates above are listed for 5 guests per site. Maximum of 7 guests per site.

Additional rate charges that may apply:

  • Late Check out $10 till 6pm.

  • Extra campers, over the 5 allowed per site, will be charged $2 per person
    at check in.

  • $3 additional fee for Vehicles over the limit of One RV and One vehicle.

  • Holiday rates increase by $3 per night.

  • Rates are subject to change during holidays and Special Events.

NOTE: Memorial weekend, 4th of July weekend and Labor Day weekend have a 3 day minimum stay.
